Abstract

Leading and supporting people to master one's own affairs is the essence of the socialist democratic politics,and is the purpose of Communist Party.Advancing the reform of political system,promoting the development of people's democracy by inner-party democracy and improving inner-party democracy by people's democracy are the only way of realizing the democratic politics of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
