Abstract
Penicillium citrinum W48,a high yield strain which is mutated with ultraviolet radiation rays and 60Co radiation was cultivated.The constitutes of the fermentation culture and fermentation conditions was optimized.The optimum culture contains:KH2PO4 0.05%,K2HPO4 0.03%,yeast extract + peptone 0.7%,CaCl2 0.02%,MgSO4 0.04%,ZnSO4 0.03%,Glucose 5%,pH 5.5.The optimum cultivated conditions are inoculation quantity 10%,liquid volume 50 mL,rotation speed 180r/min,fermentation temperature 30 ℃,time 66 h.
