Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of immune function of 400 m track athletes on moxibustion Tsusanli in the winter training. Methods: The 12 elite female 400 m athletes are divided into experimental group and control group.Tsusanli Moxibustion intervention is done in the experimental group after 6 weeks winter training(the total time is four weeks,6 days per week, one time per day,and 20 min per time). The blood cell and immunoglobulin is tested at the first day before winter training, the end of the 6th and 8th week, the next morning of the 10th week during winter training period. Results: 1.The rate of athletes suffering from respiratory infections in control group was higher than that of the experimental group.2.At the end of the 6 week winter training, the IgA,IgG,WBC,GRAN and GRAN% of athletes control group and the experimental group was significantly smaller than before the winter training(P0.05) while LYMPH% increased significantly(P0.05);The WBC and the GRAN was smaller than the 8 week. For the experimental group,GRAN at the end of the 8 week is larger than that at the end of the 6 week.At the end of the 10w,IgA,IgG,WBC and GRAN increased compared with those at the end of the 6 week and 8 week. And the IgA,IgG,WBC,LYMPH and GRAN of the experimental group is larger than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion at Tsusanli can inhibite the decline of immune function because the exercise training induced moxibustion Zusanli maintain the physiological balance of the body hypoxia and prevent diseases.
