The Policy Analysis of Private Higher Education Development in China

Due to the important role of country in promoting the development of private higher education,the development of Private higher education depends on the national policy formulation and implementation.Through carding and analysis of the relevant policy on the development stage of private higher education,We put forward recommendations for private higher education policy:firstly,the functions of government should be changed,from the managers identity to the service identity;secondly,government should construct the specific,detailed and complete policy system for private higher education,and guide it to the direction of multi-level categories,diversification;finally,the policy continuity and stability should be ensured.
