The Balanced Development of China's Private Higher Education

Private higher education,as one of the most important parts of Chinese education,plays an important role in the process of developing mass higher education.However,compared with public higher education,private higher education is in an unbalanced development state.For example,there is unequal treatment in the legal protection,the government's attitude and distribution of education.Therefore,this article analyses the unbalance development of private higher education in reality,and thus makes the following recommendations:renewing the social idea;emphasising on the role of private higher education;strengthening the legal system;perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of higher private education;improving the government resposbility and supporting the private higher education.
