Reviewing and Prospecting of the Legislation Construction of China's Private Higher Education

Since the reform and opening-up,Chinese Private Higher Education has become an important component of higher education system which is developing and expanding continuously recent years.In accordance to this process,the private higher education law has also undergone the process of naught to existence and is now perfecting.However,as the further development of private higher education and the deep-structure conflict emerging from the process of school management,these problems need to be standardized from laws.The most urgent task now is to improve the law system of private higher education further,make effort to revise those policies which stand in the way of the development of private higher education especially.At the same time,we should put more emphasis on the publication and implement of private higher education rules,establish and improve the supervision system.
