Abstract
The new pattern of economic globalization and boundaryless competition requires businesses to participate in the competition and develop themselves through creating new markets instead of growing up within the present one. The strategy of value creation aims to increase the consuming value to attract more customers and raise businesses' profit. Virtual businesses are an economic community of strategic alliance formed to enhance competitiveness at the information era. In order to gain the most advantages out of competition, the cooperative parties should merely keep the most essential function, bring into full play the coordinate advantages and build strong strategic alliance of competition.
