Abstract

Under the background of economic globalization and its penetrating, the competition of enterprises now has moved to a new stage in which competition is combined with cooperation. With their further understanding of competition and its utmost goal, people begin to show their concern over cooperative relationships. In the world competition, it is trend that competition should be combined with cooperation until final win and it is also a new realm in strategic management.
