A New Study of the Concept of Criminal Policy

The concept of criminal policy is the most important question in criminal policy research.The practice of criminal policy has been existing since ancient times,but actually,its concept appears quite late.According to the review,making a general and concise concept of criminal policy is quite difficult.From the point of criminal policy maker's view,criminal policies in our country are a series of guide lines made by CCP or our government in order to effectively attack and prevent crimes,based on crime situation and its causes in certain time of our country.This is a narrow concept of criminal policy,it may be further divided into the basic criminal policy and the concrete criminal policy.From the point of criminal policy researcher's view,we should hold broad concept of criminal policy in order to research more thoroughly and effectively.
