Abstract

There are some limitations in resolving increasing and upgraded medical disputes by litigation because of characters of long period,high cost and rigidity attributed to litigation.Many kinds of ADR are put into practice to resolve medical disputes effectively.In order to provide some suggestions to perfect resolving system of medical disputes,this article will try to compare,analyze and evaluate available ADR of medical dispute,and tendentious choice will be given.
