Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Nonspecific Immunity of AA Chicken

To investigate the effect of nonspecific immune function of AA chicken with compound Chinese herbal medicine as feed additives in proportion added to AA chicken diets by detection of serum lysozyme,total protein and albumin immunological parameters. The results showed that the serum lysozyme levels,total protein and albumin levels of AA chicken were improved significantly supplemented with different proportions of compound Chinese herbal medicine in chicken diets. The content of lysozyme and albumin were 87.9%,70.5% and 12.74%,14.95% higher than the control group supplemented with 2%,4% of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the diets; The level of total protein was 5.73% higher than the control group supplemented with 2% of compound Chinese herbal medicine in diets. The results showed that the level of compound Chinese herbal medicine chicken feed was appropriate by about 2%.
