Abstract
Congo red method was used to measure the effects of thermal stabilizers of calcium stearate,calcium stearate with epoxidized soybean oil and calcium stearate with methyltin on the dehydrochlorination when PVDC degraded.The results showed when the mass ratio of calcium stearate to epoxidized soybean oil was 2:1,and calcium stearate to methyltin was 3:1,the best synergistic effects could be gained respectively.The inhibitory capacity of calcium stearate was the weakest,followed by calcium stearate with epoxidized soybean oil,and calcium stearate with methyltin was the strongest.The discoloration time of Congo red test were 24min,28min and 30min.respectively.
