Abstract
This paper carries out a zerodimensional model of reheating furnace. The application of this model in design calculation, correction calculation and feedforward in control system of reheating furnace is also described. Regenerative heat transfer calculation for reheating furnace is supported in this model. The practicability of this model is showed in engineering application.
