Abstract
The use of microwave digestion in the determination of K,Na,Ca,Cd,Cu,Mn,Pb,Mg,Fe in potherbs by FAAS was described. The optical condition of microwave digestion and FAAS measurement were also investigated.Compared with traditional wet digestion method, microwave digestion could be done more rapidly and effectively and displayed a lower background.Applied to the determination trace elements in potherbs the method proved to be selective with satisfactory recovery of 96*!%~104*!% and relative standard deviation of (1.02*!%~3.30*!%.)
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
