Abstract
The microstructure of high chromium cast iron samples after different heat treatment processes was analyzed by optical microscope. The hardness and impact toughness of samples were measured. The results show that after 950 ℃ to 980 ℃ oil quenching and tempering at 400 ℃ the hardness of a high chromium cast iron is higher than 60HRC and the impact toughness is not lower than 9 J/cm-2.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
