Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the effects of Luzhou-flavor liquor's degree of drunkenness on liver damage in mice.[Methods]The control group was administered intragastrically 48.0% ethanol solution and the others administered two different varieties of Luzhou-flavor liquor with once and continued 4 weeks ways. When the mice were sacrificed, determined the contents of ALT,AST,TG in blood and SOD,GSH,MDA in liver.Meanwhile, took an inspection of pathological histology on liver.[Results]There was statistically difference(P﹤0.05)between two Luzhou-flavor liquor groups which were administered intragastrically for 4 weeks, while not for the groups for once.Compared to the group of higher drunken degree, the contents of MDA and TG were lower(P﹤0.05)in the group of lower drunken degree, and the contents of GSH were higher. And there was no statistically difference(P﹥0.05)in alcohol hepatitis, fibrosis and steatosis in pathology between the two groups.[Conclusion]The Luzhou-flavor liquor which is identified as having lower degree of drunkenness has less effects on mice' liver.
