Abstract
The small and medium-sized private enterprises in China are an important force, but in their human resources management there is a widespread lack of staff motivation and improper inspiration. Building an effective staff incentive mechanism to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises has become a wise and the necessary choice. Based on incentive theory and related research, and according to the realities of small and medium-sized private enterprises, we can try to put forward a set of operable employees incentive mechanisms and operation approach, and list a number of specific incentive measures which can be used in the operation of employee incentive mechanism from three angles including the information communication process, the work allocation process and the course of conduct and evaluation.
