The Incentive Mechanism for Private Enterprise Employees

This article probes into the current situation and disadvantages of private enterprise employees’ incentive mechanism. According to the western incentive theory, combining the practical situation of private enterprises, it proposes employees’ incentive mechanism design in material, spirit and development. The design is to some extent instructive to the construction of efficient employees’ incentive mechanism.
