Abstract

The design and implementation of a C-band low noise amplifier are described. Balanced circuit was used to achieve wide bandwidth and good noise performance. Over the band of 5.3~5.8 GHz. Its RF measurements are Gp≥32dB,ΔGp≤0.8dB,P-1≥10dBm, NF≤1.0dB,SWRi≤1.2:1, VSWRo≤1.2:1.
