Abstract
Toextract water soluble crude polysaccharidefromHericiumerinaceus Pers,HPI and HPII wasgiven after fractionated by ethanol precipitation,deproteinization,and DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B column chro-matography .Thetest showedthat HPI and HPII are single component ,andtheir molecular weight are 50000 ,30000 . The component analysisindicatedthat HPI consists of monosaccharides Glc , Gal ,Fuc ,and HPBcon-sists of monosaccharides Glc , Gal .
