Jiang Zemin's important Three Representatikes theought is strategic, omni- bearing and prefound. it is Characterized by its strung theoretical features and distinct features of our age. it is the scientific summation of the historical experience of the Party since it was found-ed eighty years ago; is is a new development of Marxist Party building theory; it is the generalization of the new period's party spirit and the Par-ty' s advanced features; and it is the programme for the Party construction in the new period.
