Abstract

Under the leadership of Jian Zemin the third central leading collective insist on progress with the times, development and innovation. They catch hold of the new and great project of our Party's building, center closely on the topic of what kind of Party to build and how to build the Party , and from the strategy point have a series of innovations to the construction of the Party's thought, organization as well as the style of work, which have enriched and developed Marxist theory of Party's building, and also contributed much to the construction of the Party in power in China.
