Abstract

This paper expounds the new development in the theory of the party building in the new stage by Jiang Zemin from the program of the party building, the advanced character of the party ,the class basis of the party,the standard of party members and the unity of the basic program and the highest program of the party.It replies and clarifies a series of important theoretical problems that have puzzled and fettered people's ideology for a long period of time.
