Abstract
The crankshaft is main moving part of the internal combustion engine. In its rotation speed range, alternating load may cause the resonance of crankshaft system, which will lead to the bending fatigue damage and twisting fatigue damage of crankshaft. So it is necessary to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the crankshaft. The paper establishes the crankshaft geometry model in Pro/E,and analyzes the inherent characteristics of the crankshaft in ANSYS Workbench, and obtains the first six of the crankshaft order natural frequency and vibration model, which can provide evidence for the crankshaft dynamic analysis.
