Price competition has become one of the habitual strategic actions in China. This paper, taking color TV industry for example, exposes the industrial characteristics that are inclined to cause price competition, analyzes the phenomena according to the Game Theory, and finally presents some feasible strategies of price competition and non-price competition corporations can use inside the industry.
