Abstract
The paper analyzes market structure's effect on price competition in tourism through formal game method based on SCP industry organization theory.Moreover the paper studies some important factors who decide market conditions through market structure in tourism.At last,some clear indexes are found to value the scale of price competition : market structure index and tacit index which could be used to tell the promotion of price strategy of travel enterprises quantitatively.
