Abstract

Socialization reform of the rear service in colleges and universities has brought changes to the student work of apartment community.The innovation in student affairs administration has been placed on the agenda.It's necessary to strengthen the leadership,to found new establishments,to use new methods,to develop new ideas for reform,and to adopt appropriate measures to improve the education of the students.
