Clinical observation of α-interferon combined with creatine phosphate sodium in treating viral myocarditis

Objective To explore the effect of α-interferon combined with creatine phosphate sodium in treating viral myocarditis.Methods Ninety two cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases).Both groups were given basic and symptomatic treatment.The observation group were treated with α-interferon and creatine phosphate sodium ,and the control group were treated with ribavirin and ubidecarenone in addition.The effect of two groups were compared after 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in observation group,which was better than 80.4% in control group ( P0.05).The improvement of creatine phosphokinase,aspartate transaminase and lactic dehydrogenase in observation group after treatment were better than those of before treatment,and better than those in control group (P0.05).Conclusion The α-interferon combined with crea- tine phosphate sodium has good efficacy in treating viral myocarditis.
