Study on efficacy of combination of alpha interferon and creatine phosphate sodium for injection in treatment ef patients with viral myocarditis

Objective To explore the efficacy of combination of alpha interferon and creatine phosphate sodium for injection in treatment of patients with viral myocarditis,and to provide the basis for choice of drugs for clinical treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of viral myocarditis admitted in this hospital during January 2007 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,these patients were divided into trial group and control group according to their therapeutic regimen,and patients in both groups were taken basic and symptomatic treatment.Patients in trial group were basically treated with combination of alpha interferon and creatine phosphate sodium for injection for 4 weeks.Patients in control group were treated with combination of coenzyme Q10 and ribavirin on the basis of basic treatment.Then the improvement in their clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory findings and clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed.Results The improvement in clinical symptoms and signs and changes in laboratory examinations of patients in trial group were better than those of patients in control group,the difference in total effectiveness between these two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Combination of alpha interferon and creatine phosphate sodium by injection in treatment of patients with viral myocarditis has good efficacy.
