Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of tiotropium in treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:63 patients are randomly divided into two groups, and treated by tiotropium and ipralropium respectively for 2 months, and point clinical symptom and pulmonary function are also observed. Results:There is a significant difference between treating group and control group in clinical symptom and pulmonary function changes(P0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium is a preferred durg for COPD patients in stable phase,it is better than ipralropium in treating COPD.
