Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with magnesium sulfate and severe bronchial asthma treatment of methylprednisolone. Methods 104 cases of severe bronchial asthma patients admitted in our hospital in 2010 January~2013 July according to randomly divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group, the control with patients in the treatment group were given methyl prednisone, prednisolone combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of observation group were treated with methylprednisolone, compare the clinical curative effect and treatment two groups of patients after lung function index. Results In the treatment group the total effective rate was 92.3%, significantly better than the control group of 76.9% patients, there was significant difference between the groups(P0.05). Observation of FVC and PEF levels after treatment in patients group than the patients in the treatment group were improved significantly, there was significant difference between the groups(P0.05).Conclusion Me thylprednisolone combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone, for control of asthma symptoms, has important significance to improve the pulmonary function in patients with.
