Abstract

Objective To compare different deep-vein catheter placement in department of oncology, for better use of deep-vein catheter placement,to relieve the adverse realfion during therapy, the pain and the barden of patients. Methods Analysis 92 patients between August 2007 and August 2008 C25 through external jugular vein,22 through subclavian vein,24 through femoral vein,21PICC),compare the success rate and complications of four patterns. Results The success rate on first time were 76%(external jugular vein)、77.3%(subclavion vein)、70.8%(femoral vein) and 76.2(PICC).The mean operationy time of four groups were similar. The complication of PICC group was higher than other groups.CondusionCatheter placement through external jugular vein is easy to operate and chserve,is lower cost,is worth to better use in the department of oncology.
