Abstract
The donkey semen was collected by artificial vagina.The extenders of frozen semen,cryoprotectant and the glycerol concentration were investigale in present study.The results shows that the lactose-glucose-glycerol-yolk extender was the best one in 5 groups(P0.05).The Glycerol was the better cryoprotective preservative compared with Glycol and DMSO.The optimum Glycerol concentration is 5%(P0.05).The sperm motility after-thawing was the highest in 5 treatment groups.The semen motility of frozen thawing was up to 0.36,Abnormal sperm after-thawing was 27.4%,acrosome integrity after-thawing was 82.2%,and sperm survival time(25℃) was8.2 h,respectively.
