Abstract

The OX Semen were collected by Using manmade vagina.The extenderS of frozen Semen,cryoprotectant and the glycerol content were Studied.The reSultS Showed that the NoⅡ extender waS the beSt in four grougS(p 0.05).The Glycerol waS the beSt cryoprotectant compared with Glycol and DMSO.The after freezing mobility were up to 0.45±0.575.Abnormal Sperm poSt -thaw waS 15.44 percent,and intact rate Sperm acrpSome post-thaw waS 57.82 percent;The glyceol content is 7 percent(p 0.05),the Sperm motility poSt-thaw iS the higheSt in four treatment groupS.The Semen motility iS 0.45±0.575,the abnormal Sperm poSt-thaw iS 15.44 percent,the intact rate Sperm acroSome poSt-thaw 57.82 percent.The beSt thawing method iS in 75℃ for 2 to 6S.
