Abstract
Objective:To study the protective effects of Biejiajian Pill on immunological hepatic fibrosis rats induced by pig serum. Methods:Immunological hepatic fibrosis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of pig serum(two times a week) for seven weeks. The rats inBiejiajian Pillgroups and colchicine group were treated intragastrically byBiejiajian Pill(3.0,1.5,0.75,0.375 g/kg) and colchicine(0.25 mg/kg) respectively for three weeks. The liver weight index was calculated;the levels of ALT,AST,ALP,TBIL and ALB in blood serum and the levels of CoⅠ,CoⅢ,CoⅣ,PCⅢ,HA and LN in liver homogenate were measured;the morphological features were observed by means of Masson staining and HE staining.Results:①Body weight and liver weight index had no difference between normal group, model group, colchicine group andBiejiajian Pillgroups.②Biejiajian Pillhad no obvious effects on liver function indexes of immunological hepatic fibrosis rats.③The level of Co Ⅰ in liver homogenate was decreased in Biejiajian Pill(3.0 g/kg) group and colchicine group(P0.05);the levels of PCⅢ,HA and LN in liver homogenate were decreased inBiejiajian Pillgroups(P0.01 or 0.05).④Masson staining and HE staining results showed that the hepatic fibrosis improved or disappeared in Biejiajian Pillgroups. Conclusion:Biejiajian Pillhas good protective effects on immunological hepatic fibrosis rats induced by pig serum.
