Abstract
Objective The clinical significance and changes of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum to analysis of acute cerebrovascular patients. Methods In patients with acute cerebral vascular methods in our hospital from 2013 April to 2014 April in accordance with the standards of the 116 cases of the observation group, were treated within seven days and serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,i.e.,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(-HBDH),creatine kinase(CK),cardiac type creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),and the degree of neurological deficit score. At the same time,we selected 116 cases of healthy people as control group were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group,AST,LDH,CK,alpha-HBDH,the change of CK-MB level was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);AST,LDH,CK,alpha-HBDH,CK-MB serum levels and cerebral hemorrhage group in patients with cerebral infarction were compared, results no statistical difference(P 0.05);conscious disorder group in patients with AST,LDH,CK,-HBDH,CK-MB level changes of alpha and consciousness group were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebrovascular patients exist obvious myocardial enzyme spectrum changes, clinical can be detected by their serum myocardial enzyme spectrum of clinical severity and the prognosis judgement.
