Abstract
Objective: To explore the diagnosis value and the clinical significance of early serum myocardial enzyme on myocardial damage in child patients with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods: Serum myocardial enzyme, activity α-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine phosphokinase-MB(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were detected by full-automatic biochemical analyzer by automatic electrochemiluminescence analyzer free in 692 cases with HFMD(case group).136 children withnot infections(control group)were detected in the same period. The data of two groups were analyzed with statistics. Results: The activity of α-HBDH,CK,CK-MB and LDH in the case group were all higher than those in the control group(all P0.01).Conclusion: The level of early serum myocardial enzymes detected can be used to judge the extent of myocardial damage in patients with HFMD,and it could provide the basis for clinical therapy.
