My Personal View on Teaching Reform of Practical Public Security Writings

Public security documents are the necessary and indispensable tools in public security work, being used all the time and everywhere. However, the present teaching of public security documents cannot meet well the demand of public security work. In order to make public security documents serve public security work better, the present teaching situation must be changed. We must make a bold reform in the teaching method to improve the teaching quality. In teaching practical writings of public security, we must, firstly, carry out the principle of quality- oriented education and improve the overall quality of the students; secondly, train the students' awareness of roles and teach with the feeling and setting method; thirdly, we should carry out the principle of teaching only the essential and ensuring plenty of practice to enhance substantially the students' writing ability of public security documents; finally, encourage the students to read more books so as to enrich their all- round knowledge.
