Brief Discussion on Public Security Management in Colleges and Universities Under New Circumstances

With the diversified development of social economy,lots of problems about the security are arising.This paper focused on how to realize the relationship between students' teaching and management. It brought about how to build a quiet and stable environment for teaching,stressing the education of rules,regulations and the related laws for students. It also mentioned how to find out and solve the security problems and puts emphasis on the guiding of thewrongstudents. At the same time,it called for us to improve the safeguards' comprehensive qualities as well as their abilities in practice so as to enhance the safeguards to watch out for the public security.
