Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of LEEP in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(cervical intraepithelial neoplasias,CIN).Methods From January 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital, cervical TCT test(TCT),colposcopy and cervical biopsy,an initial diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia as an object of observation of 100 patients, included CIN Ⅰ grade 66 cases,CIN Ⅱ grade 25 cases,CIN Ⅲ grade 9 cases, were using LEEP surgery treatment. Results Pathological findings after LEEP specimens fixed with colposcopic biopsy diagnosis was 87.0%(87/100).CINⅠ grade consistent rate 75.8%(50/66);CINⅡ level compliance rate of 64.0%(16/25);CINⅢ level compliance rate of 77.8%(7/9).All patients were followed showed: Ⅰ grade cured 55 cases,1 case of recurrence after 1 year;CIN Ⅱ grade cured 19 cases,2 cases of recurrence;CIN Ⅲ grades 8 patients were cured,2 cases of recurrence. Conclusion LEEP knife in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia effective, easy to operate, fewer complications, trauma, quicker recovery,it is worthy of promotion and application.
