Abstract
To solve the problem of construction method without scaffolding to across certain obstacles,the cantilever installation construction method of steel-concrete composite beam bridge is put forward.The key technology of this method is the precision and safety controls.In the process of cantilever installation of the steel box girder,therefore,the installation locators is designed,and the preliminary positioning of the box girder and the safety requirements is achieved.According to the accuracy requirement,and after that the system theory analysis,the general formula for corner control values of the spliced face of steel box shaped girder and the axial deformations of environmental temperature regulating value is derived theoretically,and the technical support for cantilever installation precision of long span variable section steel box shaped continuous girder bridges is provided.In the solution of construction process without scaffolding to across certain obstacles,this method shows the quality of fast,safe and practical,and it has general application value.
