Abstract

Objective To study the influencing factors and clinical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 82 cases of OSAHS who were diagnosed by polysomnography were given treatment of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP) for a month.Physiological parameters, body Mass Index(BMI),symptom improvement of before and after treatment were compared. Results The apnea hyponea index(AHI),Apnea index(AI),Sleep stages, arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),Hypopnea index(HI),Longest apnea time, body Mass Index and clinical symptoms were all improved singnificantly after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusion Treatment of nCPAP on OSAHS has obvious effects and has excellent prospects for development with the improvement of clinical technology and equipment.
