Abstract
Compared the effect of water extraction, ultrasonic wave, microwave on extraction of polysaccharides from Cordceps militaris(L.)Link.The results showed that when using 70% alcohol the sedimentation effect was better.Three pretreatment method all could improve the extraction rate, ultrasonic wavemicrowavewater extraction, and the pretreatment effect of ultrasonic wave was best. The extraction rate of polysaccharides was 7.965mg/mL under the condition of ultrasonic wave frequency 40kHz and extraction 2 times when ultrasonic time 30min,temperature 80℃ and ultrasonic power 500W.The results showed that ultrasonic wave pretreatment was superior.
