Gastritis Granule Treat the Rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective Observe the effects of Gastritis granule on chronic atrophic gastritis model rats.Methods Make rats CAG model with deoxysodium cholate;then randomly divide them into high-dosage and low-dosage groups of Gastritis granule;folic acid group and model group,then observe the gastric mucosa inflammation and determine the change of MTL,SOD,MDA and SS.Results The rats of the high-dosage and low-dosage group of Gastritis granule groups have less sever atrophy than those of model group.There is no marked meaning to the differentiation of gastric mucosa inflammation among the granule groups and the normal group(P0.05).Compared with granule groups, the levels of SOD and SS in the gastric mucosa of model group has decreased significantly,and the level of MDA and MOT has increased significantly.Compared to model group,gastritis granule has maked a significant increase of SOD and SS in the CAG rats (P0.05～0.01),and can make the levels of MDA and MOT decrease significantly(P0.05).Conclusion The Chinese drug gastritis granule has good curative effect to chronic atrophic gastritic model rats,and it can also improve and reverse the rats,s gastric atrophy of experimental atrophic gastritis.
