Abstract
In order to further study the core competencies of tourism enterprises,the planning ability as the essence is believed to be the main clue of the core competencies of tourism enterprises by analyzing the relationship between planning ability and core competence.Tourism enterprises should highlight the ability of planning.A new perspective of planning ability to construct core competencies will be helpful to the development of Chinese tourism enterprises.
