The Construction of Management Mode of Public Service System in Distance Education

Educational technology is a tool for teaching and management in higher education, adult education and compulsory education. The application of education technology in education has led reform in method, situation and mean of education. How can we maximize the efficiency of the best teaching resources? How can we maximize the efficiency of limited money of education in China? Therefore, a very important program has been asked with history. The program about public service system of distance education should be built now. It must be done to research management mode and running and method of public service system of distance education in China.
