Some Thoughts of the Learning Centers Based on the Public Service System of Distance Education

In the operation process in the public service system of distance higher education,its management and service be undertaken by the learning centers finally.This article is in the fixed position role,the process management,the support service and so on,the reasons the learning center how to proceed the management and service of superior quality,then attain the purpose that the public service system cooperate with the network education college.
