Abstract
Objective To explore the clinacal effect of smecta and medilac-vita in the treatment of infantile diarrhea patients.Methods 171 cases of patients with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group treated with smecta and medilac-vita.The control group treated with gentamicin.Results The time of stool improvement,diarrhea stopping time,fever reducing time in the experimental group were better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinacal effect of smecta and medilac-vita in the treatment of infantile diarrhea patients was better,and the therapy should be more used in the clinical application.
