Medilac-Vita with Smecta Treating Diarrhea of Nurseling

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of Medilac-Vita with Smecta treating diarrhea of nurseling.METHODS 186 diarrhea nurseling were allocated into observed group and control group(each with 93)randomly.Medilac-Vita with Smecta were used in observed group,and only Smecta was used in control group.Symptom,physical sign(such as temperature,vomiting,bellyache,diarrhea and so on),defervescence time,antidiarrheal time,in-hospital time were compared between two groups.RESULTS The effectual rate was 76.3% in observed group,and 39.9% in control group.The total effective rate 92.4% in observed group,and 68.9% in control group,the difference exists between two groups(P0.001)were also differences about defervescence time,antidiarrheal time,in-hospital time between groups(P0.001).CONCLUSION It is very helpful for Medilac-Vita with Smecta to treat diarrhea of nurseling,as the two medicine could contribute to micro environment recovery of intestinal canal,meanwhile control and ease symptom of diarrhea promptly.
