Contingent Construction of Teaching Administrative Cadres in the Credit System

Higher education in our country is passing from elite education to mass education.Credit system is a flexible system of educational administration which evaluates the students'performance by credits.In respect,institutions of higher learning should establish an efficient,practical and flexible administrative mechanism to create a favorable inner environment for the promotion of credit systems.Apart from the enhancement of contingent construction of teachers,universities must at the same time pay attention to the contingent construction of educational administrative cadres.This paper puts forward a series of measures to strengthen constructions in this field,including the confirmation of the central position of teaching,the formulation of pertinent regulations and rules to clarify the administrators'duties,and the improvement of administrators'quality by professional trainings.
